How i need to understand You?
You do not recieve items?
I write answer to Your mail, and You order not first time how i know. Or You think what i do not sent items to You?

So i have 3-10 stopped items in custom in UK
Some times ago i changed addres and now all items we will sent to customers
So to one buyer i made refund, to another buyer i sent items (and i can proove it)
(now he have 1/2 of order, also another buyer wait 3-6 week for his order.
So shit happens = i hope members know about what this type of items is illegal = and custom can stop it.
No problem for refund, if You want, i always deliver items to customer. Or refund money.So if You do not trust to me = no need to order.
For me is enough sell at ebay.com.

Wie am 23.05. beschrieben, habe ich die Bestellung erhalten.

Im Anschluss hatte ich eine neue Anfrage gestellt. Auf meine 2. Mail hatte ich dann keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Deshalb hatte ich ins Forum die Frage gestellt, ob jemand Mailkontakt hat. Wollte nur sicher gehen, dass der Shop nicht geschlossen wurde, keine Kritik. Mit meiner Lieferung war alles ok.

i check all messages, but sometimes i reply later, or forgot it, so if i do not answer please mak order from another seller.
To get item fast. Because we can make busines if another time, no need to wait if seller has bad service.
I have this problem so Thank You for paying attention.

I am sorry, i Have sent order direct from India by DHL global = my supplier told what it is safe way to sent.
So how i understand it is bullshit.
Buyer know about it, and i will refund money to him.
Also i try do not do it again.

Zero understanding for such airy and dangerous behavior! Every seller could know, that the shipping to a buyer is only! acceptable inside of EU!

If you ship again direct from outside EU to a buyer, the admins should take this thread to warnings!

So i refund money to buyer, and sent bonus pill for another which wait all this time.
So if they want they can write here. But how i know they do not have big problems, only letter from custom.
And Yes, I sent only from EU now.
