so in total enough reasons, that it s not a normal way of working in the world

Die Adresse hatte ich nicht. Ich habe nur die E-Mail verwendet, die bei dem Kauf mir mitgeteilt wurde. Nun habe ich auch an diese E-Mailadresse eine Nachricht geschickt. ich bekam einen link zu der Sendungsnummer. Dort steht , dass das Paket bei der holländischen Post liegt. Seit dem 23.11.2021. Nun kam die Antwort vom Shop " wir haben unseren Job gemacht", das liegt nun an der Post. Tut mir leid, solange ich das Paket nicht bekomme, dann ist es deren Problem!

Meine zweite Lieferung liegt auch seit 24.11 auf der Post in NL nachdem meine erste überhaupt nicht ankam .......
