Hello,
I'm a betrayed customer of Bib, too.
Ordered on 2021-12-14, allegedly sent on 2021-12-15, but still no pills.
Tracking on post.nl says "Delivery moment still unknown, Shipment received by PostNL"
I've sent several emails to his different addresses, but no answer

Hallo zusammen,
Bei mir ist seit heute alles komplett. Meine noch ausstehende Lieferung aus Juni 21 ist angekommen. Mehr noch... Die schon beglichene Lieferung aus November 21 ist nochmal gekommen.
Es waren sogar 2 getrennte Pakete. Jetzt hab ich erst mal genug und werde dieses Missverständniss (was ja zu meinen Gunsten ausging), fairer Weise dem Shop mitteilen.
Kann euch weiterhin nur raten: Email ausschließlich und immer wieder unter Angabe der vermissten Auftragsnummer am besten in Deutsch und Englisch (z.b. Google-Übersetzer) an dutchdiscounter@hotmail.com (warum die Mail als unzustellbar, wie hier neulich beschrieben, zurück kommt, ist mir unerklärlich) Ich habe einen GMX Account, vielleicht liegt es daran?????
Verabschiede mich zunächst mal hier aus dem Forum, werde aber nach und nach nochmal vorbeischauen. Diesem Forum habe ich es definitiv zu verdanken, das nun bei mir zumindest alles klar ist.
Ohne hier aktiv geworden zu sein, würde ich bestimmt weiterhin blöd da stehen.

bei mir ist die bestellte Lieferung - warum auch immer - 2x in getrennten Polsterumschlägen angekommen. Insofern alles gut.

i think is on the garbage ! they control inside ! if unknown is bad Luck, i wait now total 2 month, i order 3 parcel, but come only 2 after 3 days,
Last parcel always unknown.

Yeah, maybe customs catched it, but I was forced to pay for insured track & trace shipment and the shop's promise is "If you do not receive your order [...] we will send you a new one if necessary absolutely free shipment".
Where is the new shipment? Where are the answers to my emails? Where is my money?

The shop suddenly became unreliable and I don't believe the strange story of "I was sick and couldn't work on the orders".
The strange thing is, some of the orders from December were delivered and some disappeared, I checked a bunch of tracking IDs.

@Shop owner of Bib: Get back to work ASAP and satisfy your customers to get back your reputation or die trying!

@Shop owner of DD: You wrote me you work on my case! What about it? Where is my order?

same isseu here - still waiting for the delivery of my order # gelöscht von MOD - das Forum ist kein shopservice from 19th of Dec last year. Paid the very same day, confirmed by BIB on 20th.
No email get answered, no response at all.

@BIB - If you are not a swindler but taking your business serious I ask you to send the pills asap. Not answering at all is not a solution but instead disastros customer support.
If you can't deliver I ask you to return the money immediately.

Update - Am 16.11. bestellt, heute lag dann ein Päckchen im Briefkasten, leider fehlt die Hälfte der Bestellung.

Update: Got email today from DD that they'll send my Bib order new and one minute later I got an eMail from Bib "3. Abgeschickt T&T Brief", but no new tracking ID yet.
I'll see what happens...

if they delivery again, the custom catch the package again and will never arrive ! Thats why date unknown, i think we must stop order from NL !
Im sorry but so many customer are not happy.
