Update: Got email today from DD that they'll send my Bib order new and one minute later I got an eMail from Bib "3. Abgeschickt T&T Brief", but no new tracking ID yet.
I'll see what happens...

that after printing the order, next step the print goes to the guy who gonna sent it to you and next step we get the track an trace nr from him when he has sended, and next step is we put the track and trace nr's with order nr here at Menshelp, so you can check at website postnl with your track and trace nr, postcode/zippcode and your country as destination where your package is

hi is sick and we help him, but we will stop with that, we think he has also too many emailadresses with spamproblems, so we adviced him too take 1 emailadress by hotmail like us, its working good

Sick enough not to be able to write emails or here on the board?

A very strange story IMHO, hard to believe...

Anyway, he lost his very good reputation and it'll be hard for him to get it back.
I was a customer of SEP/ Bib since 2016, but I don't know, if I'll order again and I'm sure, there are other users around here thinking like me.
A lot of people read this thread and he has to come up with something to get this customers and their money back.
