I had the same problem; however I now know why I didn't get my order: The shop just wrote my first name on the parcel, thus Hermes didn't find my name at my address. Checking the tracking number produced nothin but the message: Sent back to sender. Long discussion with shop with the answer, that is not possible because they never put their address on the parcel. After a long search with post.nl and Hermes they found my package and finally delivered it.
At betterinbed shop: Please make sure you put the correct address including the last name on the parcel just as it is in the shop account.
Paying a lot of money and then having to do a long time and nerve consuming search is to say at least very annoying!

Die erste Sendung kam gar nicht.
Da hat BIB nur den Ort mit PLZ geschrieben und keinen Namen und keine Straße.
Nachforschung hat auch nichts gebracht.
Dann hat BIB nochmal ein Päckchen losgeschickt , das ist seit 2 Wochen auf der Post in Holland und noch nicht an Hermes übergeben worden.
Das ganze zieht sich seit Anfang Oktober hin.
16€ Versandkosten verlangen und so ein Drama, Unglaublich.
So etwas hab ich noch nicht erlebt !

The first broadcast didn't come at all.
BIB only wrote the town with its zip code and no name and no street.
Research has also brought nothing.
Then BIB sent off another package, it has been in the post office in Holland for 2 weeks and has not yet been handed over to Hermes.
The whole thing has been dragging on since the beginning of October.
16 € shipping costs and such a drama, unbelievable.
I've never seen anything like it!

yes the post is shot this month, now 5% complains from clients about delivery, normal it is 2%

not true, ther is ALWAYS a correct handwritten adress label at EVERY package when you order by us Dutch Discounter, and by BIB always a correct printlabel what you fill in at their webshop

only postcompanies have sometimes incorrect adress labels in their system

Paket hat einige Tage bei der Post NL gehangen aber aktuell ja nachvollziehbar.. Ist halt Weihnachten.

Not true.. Reading through your(DD) thread shows that missing or wrong address details seem to be a pretty common problem.
Surely there are delays at the time, but you can't always blame the postal services..

OUR LABELS ARE CORRECT! by BIB is the label automatic what your put in their webshop, its print directly from the webshop, they don t change the label what client wrote

and we Dutch Discounter write with hand at adreslabel what the client wrote too us! why we shall there write another adress or name????
