Hello I ordered from you on 08.11.22 and didn't get everything as I had ordered. Up until then everything had always gone well. My problem is I would like to order again, but who can tell me that you won't send me the wrong delivery again? What you sent me instead is of no use to me and it's a waste of my money if I don't get what I order and especially if I don't get an answer. If you don't have what I want there, I'd like to be able to choose my own alternative. I tried to reach you 3 times via the contact form and via hotmail.com on 11/29/22 and didn't get an answer. ich habe da mal ne frage und versuche das ganze so zu formulieren, dass ich hier nicht gegen die Richtlinien des Forums verstoße. Ich habe gestern eine Bestellung über den betterinbedshop getätigt. Ich habe daraufhin auch die Auftragsbestätigung erhalten. Soweit so gut.. in der Bestätigung enthalten sind auch die Überweisungsdaten, jedoch hat mir meine Bank bei dem Versuch die Summe zu überweisen angezeigt, dass zu dieser angegebenen IBAN noch eine BIC nötig ist, da es sich hier augenscheinlich um eine Bankverbindung in Litauen handelt (IBAN Kürzel LT am Anfang). Eine BIC/SWIFT war in der Auftragsbestätigung nicht angegeben. Ich habe daraufhin versucht den Supportbereich von betterinbed per Mail zu kontaktieren, hierzu waren zwei mails angegeben (siehe meine Nachricht oben). Aufgrund der Problematik mit den Mailadressen des Supportbereichs benötige ich hier Hilfe aus dem Forum, ob vom @shopinhaber oder anderen Mitgliedern des Forums. Ich habe schon versucht in dieser Sache hier im Forum zu recherchieren aber dazu nichts gefunden. Ich möchte also wissen, ob jemand auch das Problem hatte? Und wenn ja, dann ob es sich hier um die richtige Bankverbindung (also aus Litauen = LTXX XXXX ...) bei dem Shop handelt?
Ich habe zuletzt im März des letzten Jahres über den Shop bestellt und hatte dabei keine Probleme, wobei ich damals auf eine niederländische Bank - ohne IBAN/BIC Probleme - überwiesen habe.

Hello, the new shop and the better prices could have been announced... a few days ago I still ordered on the old website/shop Gelöscht von Mod.. Hier kein Shopservice, for 10 packs of Cobra, for example at 89 euros. today i see 10 packs of cobra for 57 euros in your new shop... i hope you will act accommodatingly, so that i get a few more packs for my 89 euros than the 10 packs, the waste dates are also the products on the new site much longer, I really hope that I will get products with the new waste dates here. on the other hand, that would be very bitter and disappointing.
