Finde ich sehr fragwürdig hier Tilidin anzubieten. Tilidin ist kein Tramadol.

Ansonsten kann man hier auch gleich noch Fentanyl und Carfentanyl anbieten, sind ja auch "nur" Opioide

Eines sollte klar sein: Wer diese - im Vergleich zum relativ harmlosen Tramadol - wahnsinnig potenteren Stoffe ohne offizielles Rezept bezieht dem geht es aber in aller Regel nicht um Männergesundheit, sondern um einen möglichst intensiven Rausch

Für den EPler ist Tramadol imho mehr als ausreichend, da braucht man keine Substanz die um ein vielfaches stärker und somit auch gefährlicher ist. Ich will ja hier kein Moralapostel sein soll ruhig jeder machen wie er will aber mal ehrlich Leute, auf eine EP angewandt passt da der Risiko/Nutzen Faktor überhaupt nicht. Inwiefern sich das noch mit Menshelp vereinbaren lässt sehe ich auch nicht.
