I'm sorry to say that, but instead of acting unprofessional and childish, you should work on the problem, which is lack of communication with your customers. If you state delivery times on your website, which don't correspond to most of the actual order delivery times, then you need to make adjustments. Orders that have the status "delivered" should not be in transit for weeks before actual delivery and receipt by the customer. The guys on MH like your prices and selection, all you need to do is improve your CRM (customer relationship management).
Eventually it's just business, emotions like hate are inappropriate. It's in your hand to become one of the Top-Shops, so you take it or leave it.
