I want to know who signed for my order. And it's only possible for you to ask that by the post. There are only two families in my house and nobody get the packet. Please ask the post for the name who take the Paket by the post!!!

Ich habe eben eine Email von DutchDiscounter bekommen.

Mittlerweile wurden mir für meine eine(!) Bestellung drei(!) verschiedene Track&Trace Nummern mitgeteilt.

Eine Nummer besagt, dass meine Bestellung am 20.01.22 zugestellt worden wäre.
Die zweite Nummer sagt dass die Zustellung am 19.01.22 gewesen wäre.
Die dritte hat noch keine Informationen über meine Sendung.

Ich habe definitiv NICHTS erhalten und fühle mich jetzt langsam sehr verarscht!

Ich habe DD jetzt eine Email geschrieben und hoffe das er mir eine logische Erklärung für 3 unterschiedliche T&T Nummern sagen wird und mir notfalls meine Bestellung erneut zuschickt.

Ätzend und mehr als ärgerlich!

you know and wrote by 1 track code it says it was delivered, but you say not by you, so the question is who signed for your package, or is it still by the German Post or DHL and why they write its deliverd by you?

do you read your emails we sent you, we can not cause we sent illegal goods so there is no return adress at the package, and we email you also that our proof it's deliverd by you what the post says by track and trace code, the first 2 packages by track and trace codes are lost by the post, so that's why we sent 3 packages in total cause of the 100% guaranty we give, you must be angry at the post, not at us, we sent 3x to you, and post says 3rd package is deliverd, and you say no is not, so you must find out in Germany by the post which signature is at package, or did the postman sign and steal it, or did somebody at your place or neighbors sig for it?

we sent now today for 4th! time your order again, cause of our 100% guaranty

so we do our best and we don't like the tone too us that we are the bad guys, it costs us most money and energy! and we are honest!!!

Thanks for your input, but just as a friendly reminder:
It's a german forum/community and there also are many older(50-60+) users. Those users sometimes have problems with the english language and/or aren't used to use the internet in general. To be more customer friendly, do them a favor and follow these instructions:

To translate a text from a foreign language into a language you actually understand, you can try to find "google" and then there should be a "translate" feature.
Now you have two boxes. One where you can put in a text in foreign language and another one where you now can see the translated text.
Just be sure that you choose "Deutsch" for the foreign text and "Dutch" for translation.

There are also options to add a so called "extension" to your browser(available for Computer/Mac/Smartphones).
Once installed, it allows you to highlight a text and when doing a "right-click", a menu pops up. There you can choose "translate" and it does the same trick as google! Translate;

This technique safed me a lot of time and made my life so much greater.

we are still helping BIB , and we have also our shop and normal job/work, we can t work 24 hours, so later whe the last complains are helped, it's too BIB shop , he write German but is sick so bad communication,

but we Dutch Discounter don t have time too help him much longer anymore and it s also not good for our reputation.... people must be glad we want too help afte disaster december post month, now happy the new orders goes voor 98% in 1x good with delivering:)

Just some input from someone who orders a lot from China.

If you see that the package you wait for is "signed" does not necessarily mean that it was you or your neighbors.

It also get this when it is received via customs....

For the Chinese goods there was no need for me to get it at customs, they forwarded it to me after checking declaration and without opening the package.

A few days later I got the parcel/ package via normal postal service.

Dopo 6 settimane ho ricevuto la lettera in busta normale senza track & Trace fortunatamente tutto ok la busta infilata per metà nella cassetta della posta, ordine effettuato il 16/11/21arrivato la prima settimana di gennaio 2022 fatto un nuovo ordine il 17/1/22 arrivato il 31/1/22 ma qui il dilemma arrivato con raccomandata con il 60 ‰in meno dell'ordine pagato e con pastiglie totalmente diverse. Ho contattato Mr. Bedrjf mi ha detto che l'errore è strano e che avrebbe provveduto... Poi più nulla???
