der Versand mit Post NL scheint gerade absolut nicht zuverlässig. Ich habe meinen Track & Trace Code für eine Nachlieferung am 16.11.21 erhalten und nach wie vor scheint die Sendung nicht in Deutschland angekommen zu sein:

yes its clear, we wrote that also many times here, its corona crisis, so many orders by webshops and too less employments by postcomanies, and in Holland a soft lockdown with lot of companies 17.00 hours closed, and Dezember is also Xmass month
en in Germany part of same problems, and Hermes ALWAYS problems
so an order kan from sending till your home take time from 4-5 working days til 2 or 2,5 weeks it is what it is, but NOT our fault!

It is true that this is not your fault!
Nevertheless, for me it is now already three weeks of waiting time since the reorder (something was missing in the first order) and not 4-5 working days or 2.5 weeks.
I am patient, but I think it is important that everyone who orders knows that it really can take longer. Besides, for me as a customer, there is always the uncertainty that it may never arrive. That's not a nice feeling.
It is true that this is not your fault!

Ich warte jetzt auch seit 2 Wochen. Bei der Sendungsverfolgung der Deutschen Post steht folgendes:

Wir erwarten Ihre Sendungsdaten in Kürze.
Bin echt gespannt, wann der Brief bei mir ankommt.
