Schönen guten Abend,

habe in der Vergangenheit nur positive Erfahrungen mit SEP und BIP gemacht und ihnen noch eine Chance geben wollen, aber habe nun folgendes Problem.

Aufgrund nicht vollständig und korrekt übetragener Adressdaten konnte meine Sendung wohl nicht zugestellt werden und ist daher zurück zum Absender gegangen und offenbar dort dann auch unzustellbar.

Meine Emails können nicht zugestellt werden und laufen ins Leere. Gibt es da irgendeine Möglichkeit, doch noch an meine Sendung zu kommen?

Ich kann nur davon abraten bei betterinbed zu bestellen.
Habe Anfang Oktober eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die nicht angekommen ist.
Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert ! wurde natürlich gecheckt.
Ich bekam nur eine fragwürdige SMS mit einer Tracking Link. Dazu sollte jedoch erst ein Programm installieren werden
