We don t understand the last 2 questions here? We have sent al customers an email or track and trace code, what is the problem?

As I understand it the status has been "arrived in destination country" now for more than a week and the customers expected delivery sooner.
Maybe they are afraid after reading about the German customs checking and holding several packages from the Netherlands ...

So now we are wondering if something went wrong because order is now about 9 working days ago and no status update occured. As Dieter666 pointed out that german customs are holding packages. We both still hope that parcel will arrive though.

Ende letzter Woche bestellt und bezahlt. Heute war die Ware im Briefkasten, vollständig und mit kleiner Zugabe.

Kann ich also wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Grundsätzlich alles wieder sehr gut gelaufen, allerdings habe ich auch schon festgestellt, dass die Verpackung etwas schlechter geworden ist. Wäre schön wenn das wieder etwas stabiler werden würde...

Es scheint als würde die Sendung nicht mehr ankommen. Ich wurde gebeten bei der Post nach meiner Sendung zu fragen ob die mir bezüglich der Sendung weiterhelfen können. Die haben mich auf den Absender verwiesen. Nun reagiert der Shopinhaber nicht mehr auf meine Emails. Jemand noch eine Idee was ich machen kann?

Ich kann nur Positives Berichten, habe am Samstag bestellt am
Sonntag bezahlt. Heute nach 4 Tagen Versand Zeit, waren die
Tabs mit einen Goody da. Das einzige was ich bemängeln
kann ist die Verpackung, die könnte ein bisschen besser sein.

Also nachdem meine erste Lieferung lt. Sendungsverfolgung wohl immer noch bei der Post liegt ,wurde mir am 06.08 eine Ersatzlieferung angekündigt ! Diese lag auch heute bereits im Briefkasten ! 1 Artikel war zwar nicht genau der welcher von mir bestellt wurde (Sildamax bestellt Sildenlist erhalten) aber ich bin dennoch Happy . Möchte auch erwähnen das die Shop Betreiber sehr zügig meine Emails beantwortet und auf die Reklamation reagiert haben, ich finde der Service ist Top. Werde bei Bedarf sicher wieder hier bestellen !!Danke
