that's not true. I bought once in October (8 weeks ago) and once in November (4 weeks ago). I haven't received anything so far. And you say, as soon as the package is out with you, it is the responsibility of the post office if the package does not arrive. That can't be right. I didn't even get a tracking number. I've been a customer for many years, but what's happening here right now is impossible.

Die Adresse hatte ich nicht. Ich habe nur die E-Mail verwendet, die bei dem Kauf mir mitgeteilt wurde. Nun habe ich auch an diese E-Mailadresse eine Nachricht geschickt. ich bekam einen link zu der Sendungsnummer. Dort steht , dass das Paket bei der holländischen Post liegt. Seit dem 23.11.2021. Nun kam die Antwort vom Shop " wir haben unseren Job gemacht", das liegt nun an der Post. Tut mir leid, solange ich das Paket nicht bekomme, dann ist es deren Problem!

also ich muss wirklich mal sagen das ich mit BIB aktuell sehr zufrieden bin...letzte Order war im September...okay..die Post.NL hat es echt verkackt aber das wurde dann mit BIB geklärt und ich habe alles erhalten incl. der Fehlmenge aus einer Bestellung im Juli.
Einfach nut TOP.

aktuell wieder bestellt...nicht gerade wenig und mache mir da wirklich keine sorgen. Tracking Nummer ist da und das nach sehr kurzer Zeit und über die Paket Laufzeit mache ich mir aktuell auch keine sorgen weil wir haben "Weihnachtszeit" und da ist halt mehr los.....also kann es mal was dauern.

Habe bis jetzt immer alles über interne Mails über das Board hier geklärt und wie gesagt...immer super schnelle und vernünftige Rückmeldungen.

Also...ich würde immer wieder bei BIB bestellen....

Ich weiß nicht, woher die SMS kam. Komischerweise kam die 2 Tage nach meiner Mail. Das kann auch nur Zufall sein.

Leider wieder das Gleiche. Meine letzten 2 Bestellungen sind nicht angekommen und Mails werden auch nicht beantwortet . ich habe sämtliche Mails ausprobiert.

Die bestellung ist bis heute nicht angekommen. Alls Mails (6 Stk.) an SEP blieben unbeantwortet, von wegen "Top-Service" genau das Gegenteil.
Kann ich nicht weiter emfehlen. Maximale Versandkosten, keine Lieferung und kein Suppoort...das ist fakt.
