I was just wondering because the quoted user(not me) said he received a SMS from you. And because I didn't actually believed this came from you, I just wanted to hear the users excuse or assumption how this should be possible.

Your reship policy is great and generous. That wasn't my point though.
I was asking because obviously its definitely not a good sign when many users would get a "... customs ..." status in their tracking. Most of the time this isn't the end of story.
A package snatched by customs often means further steps being taken against the customer. Esp. in germany where even smaller amounts can lead to fines or even more in regards of law enforcement.
